Tern Agency

The collaborator access is super restrictive. If it's truly for VA access, I need them to have access to the same view as mine (the way my dashboard is set up), access to modify and organize library items (all activities, workflows, tasks, etc.) and contacts.

As an agency of one, I need to be able to make corrections to statements such as Statement Name, Date of Paid. Especially with trying to get older bookings reconciled in Tern when they were not previously tracked in Tern. the payout defaults to today's date but the payment may have been made back in 2025. I need to be able to fix these errors. There needs to be some type of function to allow for mistakes to be corrected in our own business. Also if a statement is re-opened (i.e. checking to see if I could make changes to mistakes), how to I close it again without sending back for payout? There is no way to close it but not pay it out for 2nd time.

Right now, if I turn on agent level goals and don't assign a goal to every agent, my view as owner is an odd goal number comprised of only the agents with goals. I would love to have an agency level goal separate from any agent goals, viewable only by me. I would also like to be able to set temporary goals visible to the team, such as "$X in January." I know someone else has already posted about goals per supplier, would love those to be able to be set for various dates as well. And then my agents would really love if we could also create a "Traveled Sales" goal in addition to amount sold this year, because we do perks based on traveled sales.

Please add an option to chose a goal that is on a rolling 12-month period, not just calendar year or specific months.

Currently you have to go to reports to see what new bookings were made. I’d like to be able to have a setting where i get notified via email or something to let me know a new bookings has been made and maybe have the name of the trip in it.

Currently, when sharing a lead between agents an Agency Level tag can be added and the commission locked down - this is great. A report on Agency Level Tags can be run under the Report Builder (must have Tern Pro) so you can get a list of these trips & confirmation numbers for tracking, and then match them up during commission reconciliation. OR, you can filter each statement to see if a booking matches. Then you still must manually add the agent share each time. Neither situation is ideal - it's a lot of extra clicks to ensure the commission split between agents is happening and to track these bookings. I'd love to see a better solution around this and better reporting. I'd like to see: a standard report listing bookings by commission type or agency tag (or even a filter) filtering statements by commission type and agency tag without the need to filter each statement automatically paying a share to a second agent on the booking

Currently, we have access to a list of ICs in our agency. I am requesting a build out of that area where we can keep important details like hire date, notes, and a way to get them into an onboarding workflow. In addition, we could use the Tern forms for agent attraction. We would need a place to store the contact information that is not part of the client list. Perhaps a way to tag the respondent as a client or potential agent.

It would be amazing if we had the ability to communicate with our team inside of Tern. Having the ability to send a quick message to one or multiple team members, email them all, and also track any non-trip related tasks assigned to them would be incredible helpful.
