We would like to be able to allow viewing all tasks if possible.

I would like to be able to track where our leads come from and was going to use Tags. However, I can only filter trips with tags that our my own trips. If it is another agent we can't filter by tags. As an owner or admin I would like to have that ability to sort/filter all their trips just like I would my own.

I would love to see another level of permissions in Tern. I have a few people on my team who need elevated access for Library/Community reasons, but don't need to see everyone's clients, bookings, commissions, etc. Ideally maybe a role or permission for "Admin Library Access" or something like that.

When an agent enters a booking that matches an Unclaimed commission payment booking number, this should create a link that lights up and shows us that we can connect that commission for payout. TESS has this feature and it's one of the biggest pieces I am missing at Tern.

In my previous CRM, I really liked to see all the upcoming authorizations. It helped me to see how much is in the pipeline at any given time, helping me to project montly sales. RIght now I can only see authorizations in my dashboard, not trips awaiting authorization.

I know this may be a tiny request, but I cannot copy/paste the commission payout amounts to my payroll system. This means I have to manually type out each payment, which takes longer and allows for possible error. Ready to Pay or Payout Statements are in click to open mode across all the info, so there is no way to highlight the amount with a mouse without it counting as a click to open a new screen.

Please add date selections to this report. I do monthly KPI reporting, however, I'm not always able (or remember) to pull the report on the very last day of every month. I often need to go back one or more months to collect the KPI data. This is also true for years when trying to compare KPIs across years.
