Tern Agency

An internal agency calendar to notate agency meetings, events, and advisor personal travel. I would love to get everything in one place!

If there is a commission payment attached to a booking, it should essentially "lock" the booking so it can't be deleted. It causes a hassle on the back end when this happens.

It would be helpful if we could input a supplier's T&C's (as well as Cancelation Policies) once - at the agency level - and have those apply across the board to all advisors' bookings.

I recently used the Tern app as a "traveler" for one of my personal trips, and it was a bit frustrating that each time I wanted to open a document it had to be opened/downloaded outside of the Tern app. Many of my client trips are multi-stop and end up with many different confirmations/tickets, so being able to open or view these in the app would be so helpful! Similar to how we as advisors can view a preview of the file.

It would be amazing if we had the ability to communicate with our team inside of Tern. Having the ability to send a quick message to one or multiple team members, email them all, and also track any non-trip related tasks assigned to them would be incredible helpful.

For many applications (FAMs, invite-only industry events, etc) and for internal Agency knowledge, the ability to easily pull reports on your activity by Supplier and Destination would be fantastic. Currently, I have to ask the AI and it's a bit cobbled together. We don't have anywhere to report the region or particular destinations that are being booked but maybe this information could be pulled from itineraries using the Google places from each day. I have a lot of opportunities that want me to tell them good numbers for where I am sending clients and what types of trips we typically book.

Add one more month to the Gross Sales Report so we can compare the same month last year to this year.

Please add travel departure date to Payouts and Unclaimed Commissions - many agencies (including mine) pay based on travel date, not commission received date.

My agents have a certain amount of time to claim unclaimed commissions per their contract. I want to be able to set that countdown clock in Tern and once time is up, they cannot claim it anymore. I don't want agents coming months and/or years later claiming a commission they forgot to enter in Tern or marked as booked even though it sat in the unclaimed section for weeks.

Currently you have to go to reports to see what new bookings were made. I’d like to be able to have a setting where i get notified via email or something to let me know a new bookings has been made and maybe have the name of the trip in it.
