Can we please have a short video showing clients how to use tern to authorize payments and approve or request revisions on the itinerary?

Week-ends are my busiest time. Would you consider having week-end support for questions and problems?

The application should have at appropriate places links to Training videos or Pot casts. An independent popup window should be used to play a video. These links should not be visible to clients.
