This helps in closing the sale and creates less friction for everyone. Also, it eliminates the need for another step in getting them to fill out the traveler form.

We should be able to assign tasks that the client is required to verify such as passport details, name, birthdate, their associated contacts. I would like to be able to pick and choose what I need them to do and assign that to them. The date of verification should be recorded when they update any info.

When adding activity templates, it would be more efficient and less time-consuming if I could select multiple to add at a time, vs one at a time.

I would like to see the option of adding taxes payable at property added

I love how easy it is to copy details from my contacts so I can paste to suppliers. However, I do not want to copy the entire address because almost no suppliers are built that way. I want to copy the street address, city, and zip code invidually

Currently, each trip has a "Trip Details" section at the top. I'd like to suggest adding a second, optional "Good to Know" section at the end of the trip as well. This would let us separate two types of information: Trip Details (top): essential logistics like passports, visas, and travel authorizations Good to Know (end): helpful extras like tipping guidelines and packing guides Splitting these would make it easier for travelers to find critical info up front, without cluttering it with "good to know" content.

I'd love to see a dedicated client to-do list built into each trip. This would give clients one place to see exactly what they still need to complete instead of searching through emails. Examples could include: Complete traveler information Upload passport information Make a payment Complete online check-in Book dining Purchase travel insurance Ideally, advisors could create custom tasks, assign due dates, and mark tasks as complete or allow clients to check them off themselves. This would make the planning process much clearer for clients and cut down on reminder emails.

PLEASE let us be able to choose the default itinerary photo! Most of my travelers aren't traveling to the island that is now the default photo, which forces me to have to change the photo- which takes time and extra clicks. This could be avoided if we were able to choose a photo that works best for our business as the default.

The client view to see confirmation numbers is cumbersome and just doesn't work well. The only way to see a confirmation number is to open each individual booking. This is not intuitive or efficient for clients. Additionally when you do open the booking, there is no way to see who the confirmation number is for. Examples: if I make a hotel reservation through my supplier, I have a confirmation number from them. Then if I confirm directly with the hotel, I have a confirmation number from the hotel. Only the numbers appear on the app - there's no way to tell which number belongs to the supplier or hotel. This is even more problematic when dealing with a codeshare air situation. I take great pains to enter the marketing air confirmation number, and a codeshare operating airline confirmation number if one is present. There is no designation of these in the client view. The clients have no idea which confirmation number belongs to which airline. THIS IS A HUGE DEAL AND NEEDS RECTIFYING ASAP. Solution: add a confirmation numbers section beneath the overview section. House all confirmation numbers here. If a booking has multiple confirmation numbers, list the supplier next to each confirmation number.
