Tern Feature Requests

It would be good to be able to remove a workflow in its entirety if accidentally applied to an incorrect trip or itinerary. Right now, I have to go in and click on every single task and go in and delete the automations for those that I have accidentally applied to the wrong trip

It would be super-helpful to have a few ways to include the relevant recipients for an email, on a high-level in a group, to make announcements or send the same message to everyone at once. I know I can choose each individual person that I want it to go to, but if I can't remember off the top of my head all the names, I need to find a way to come up with a list, or have 2 windows open side-by-side, and open each individual trip so that I can remember which names to search for. It would be really helpful if there were options to: open a list of all travelers(or all with email addresses), and click checkboxes for those who should receive the message --- Select all --- Select all Primary

Many hotesl/resorts (Hawaii especially) have daily resort fees that the client must pay upon arrival. I would like to have a section in the pricing tab that showcases this info and clearly states that it is estimated or has a spot for us to add customized notes.

Currently, there is no option to add an overall cover photo for the trip overview when multiple itinerary options are present. Each itinerary has its own photo, but a single cover photo for the entire trip would enhance the visual appeal and coherence of the trip overview page. This feature would allow users to present a unified and attractive image for the entire trip.

On the client profile update form, it should pull details already listed in client profiles so they don't have to fill out again. For example, if I have a repeat client and I send a profile update form, but I already have their Delta Skymiles and seat selections, the client should see that line item greyed out so they know they dont need to add it again.

This is very important for workflows that may need to be manually applied or in situations that you have added a workflow in the process and would like to be able to see if it applied to a trip that was existing prior to the creation of a workflow. While we can go search the activity tab, it would be nice to have this in it's own place for quicker ease and efficiency

When I want to email mom and dad on a trip, but they have 5 kids, its really annoying to hit "send", then have to go back and delete the kids off the email, to then send again. I need the system to know to just send to those that have email addresses.

I would love to be able to deploy a specific workflow when a specific form is completed. I have workflows for specific destinations and travel styles, so if someone fills out a DIsney Inquiry form, I would love for my Disney Onboarding Workflow to be automatically applied to the trip that is created.

I may be missing how to do this but an email reminder that we can edit sent to those with incomplete forms nudging them to complete the form would be great. I’ve tried to create this email template but I’m not sure it connects to their in progress submission or a blank, new form?
