Tern Feature Requests

On lodging templates, I'd love to be able to add photos that open as a small gallery for clients when they view room options. Right now we can just add a photo in the text box, but adding more than one doesn't look great - and clients really need to see more than a single photo, especially for suites and villas. It would be great if there was an "add photos" button next to each room option where we could add maybe up to 4 or 5 photos. On the client end, it could display similar to the main lodging photos - small thumnails that they can click to see more of.

we are all trying to be efficient. Part of that is being able to track how much time we spend on each trip. Most use an external tracker that we may forget to turn on or off. It would be amazing if we are able to automatically track how much time we spend on every trip. It would start tracking the moment we click into it and stop tracking after two minutes of no movement. We would be able to see a daily, weekly and overall time track of every trip. This would remove the need for something external, making Tern that one stop shop.

I can't remember all the tags I've used everytime I set up a new trip. Can you please make the tag list a drop down option to pick multiple from so we don't have to have Tern open in another window to see what our tag list is?

Would love clients to have access to the their profile and any other profiles they filled out. Sometimes people enter things incorrectly, or don't enter reward information when they create profile, or need to update their passport, or move to a new address, etc, etc - if they had access to their profile (and associated profiles) then they could be in charge instead of sending us the information to add to their profile later and cause more admin work for us.

I would like a box under flights for the airline's confirmation code. This is important for clients to use in the airline's apps.

As an agency owner, I frequently need to track a standalone commission. Having to build a trip just to add a line for the commission is cumbersome and clutters my Trip dashboard. Digging into the Manual Entry Option on the Commission Dashboard is also a pain and not streamlined at all. I would love to have an option to manually enter data (or drag and drop a booking) directly into the commission tracker without having to go through the process of building a Trip. The basic information most of us need for this is: Client's Name Dates of Travel Supplier Confirmation Number Gross Booking Amount Anticipated Commission Agent's Name (as an owner, it may be someone without TERN access) Date Commission Anticipated This would then feature into our agency's overall sales and back office needs. This would help with agency-wide historical booking imports and commission reconciliation. This way we can track a commission due the agency without having additional clutter on our dashboards. The manual entry (or drag and drop option) would significantly streamline this for us.

Would like to be able to text clients updates rather than send emails via the automation. Can "Send SMS" be added as an action to workflow automations?

I would love to be able to see if my client has viewed their itinerary or proposal

The ability to add both ticket numbers for each passenger on a flight (next to the seat assignment perhaps) as well as the record locator number

I would love the hotel (activity) templates to have the option to have the check in & Check out times set so they appear each time we use the hotel. Also we always change the Single/Separate option to Separate so would be nice to have that as part of a template including what we save in those fields. Small improvements to help us save time. :)
