Tern Feature Requests

I'd like to have side by side cruise comparisons when offering different cruise itinerary options to my clients. It can be really helpful to easily compare the different characteristics of each option at a glance. I'm picturing a view with a set of columns for each option with rows of the various characteristics (dates, price range, length of cruise, ports included, cruise line name, ship name, ship capacity) as well as what is included or not included in the price (dining, drink package, excursions, air, pre/post hotels, transfers, gratuities, wifi). The benefit of doing so, particularly for a cruise use case, can be really helpful in terms of upselling a more "inclusive" cruise (or any sort of travel for that matter). These more inclusive options tend to have higher price points, but once a client can see that the less expensive option doesn't include items that they may assume are included (excursions, wifi, drinks, or certain dining options) in that base price, they can start to understand the benefits of the more inclusive option and are more likely to consider it instead of being immediately dismissive of the higher price.

It would be great to be able to import multiple photos at once. Logo Folders, destination, etc. it is painful having to import one at a time.

Right now I have to duplicate the flight , change the subject line and then do pricing for Extra legroom seats , or whatever ancillary service I want to show on their pro-forma Invoice, or financial Snapshot so that they can see all their costings.

As always, thank you for all you do, Tern Team! You folks are the best. Now, on to my request. When compiling an itinerary, it would be very useful if we had the ability to edit the element headers to change text color and/or background of the title section of the element. When we update itineraries to send to clients with new information, it would be great if we could identify or call attention to them better. In the 2 examples, I added tour suggestions to their itinerary, and I wanted them to see those things right away. However, we cannot change the color or box background color, so the only way I came up with as a quick workaround was to add "Added Sep 15" to each new itinerary element. It is at once inelegant, ineffective, and clumsy, but for now I have no other choice. Thanks again, Paul

It's hard to keep track of which items I've already added to the library when I am creating an itinerary. It would be nice to have some kind of icon to denote that an item has already been saved in my Library as a template before I save it again. I've ended up saving multiples of many items because I can't easily tell from the itinerary screen if they've been saved previously.

Right now, navigating through the contacts tab is clunky. I can sort my contacts, but once I open an individual contact, it’s difficult to move on to the next person in that sorted list. I have to return to the main Contacts tab, then recreate or reapply the sort before selecting another contact. This becomes time-consuming when I’m reviewing or updating several contacts in a row, particularly when I’m browsing rather than searching for one specific person. A few improvements that would make the workflow much smoother: Add Next and Previous navigation buttons within an individual contact record, so users can move through the currently sorted or filtered contact list without returning to the Contacts tab. Preserve the user’s current sort, filter, and scroll position when they go back to the contact list. Allow filtering contacts by more fields, such as state, so users can easily pull up everyone located in a particular state. Consider adding more advanced list-management options, such as saved filters, multi-select actions, or the ability to work through a filtered group of contacts more efficiently. These changes would be especially helpful for users who need to review, update, or complete actions for multiple contacts at once. The current setup works well for finding a specific individual, but it feels more cumbersome when managing a list or working through contacts one by one.
