Tern Feature Requests

Please create a way for us to access clients trips in mobile view so we do not have to duplicate the trip or add ourselves to the trip.

Payment authorization by customer disappears once you change it to set installments. I had to add installments after they authorized the payment and it disappeared so now I need to ask them to authorize again. Can this feature be fixed so we dont need to ask for it again?

It would be ideal for the Expired status on items that shows when cc authorization expires, to only show on items if they have not yet been marked as paid and booked. If it's authorized, marked as paid, and marked as booked, it does not need to then show Expired when the auth expires. This can be confusing for users.

It would be nice if there was at least a small thumbnail image for each item on the itinerary to make it easier to visually differentiate between the items. Also none of the formatting we put into the itinerary shows up in the app such as highlighting important reminders or changing the colors to make a link stand out. Also videos only show up as a link that says link to video without any idea of what the video is.

We should be able to remove the green box with the authorization once the payment date has been filled. It can get a little confusing.

Automatically exclude items marked as Booked or Paid from showing on the authorization tab.

Really miss having the trusty “undo” button. It would be so helpful to have an undo button that can be used across the platform, no matter what we’re working on. Especially with the current text editor - undo is so much easier than the way we have to delete.

It would be great to be able to tell the AI to not "get creative" with the information it's given. It comes up with descriptions for tours and dining, that I then have to fact-check. Often, I only want it to parse the bare minimum that it's given.

I would love a button or small extra step to confirm that I want to clear out a credit card authorization. Right now it is way to easy to clear it by mistake.

Would like the ability to send a form from a trip and have the response associated with the trip. If a trip is created from a form that response should be visible in the trip.
