Tern Feature Requests

We need a section in the itinerary that is not tied to a specific day in the trip for general information.

Anility to hide the total price from being the first thing a user sees on the main itinerary page / header. We want to lead with the experience and not the price. This will increase close rate and reduce friction caused by sticker shock. I’ve heard it’s even worse when the price adds up the price of options. Thank you!

I've tried several times to enter the flight and the flight numbers and airline are correct - and for the flight code VPS your system labels it as going to Valparaiso instead of Fort Walton beach - which is the destination for flight code VPS. Please fix this.

It would be immensely helpful to be able to sort trips on the dashboard by trip date, or latest to be updated.

Under the "trips" tab, it would be great if "searching" could include the client name, not just the trip name. For example, I might name the trip 'The Johnson Family's Summer Vacation", but if the primary client's first name is Mary, it'd be nice to be able to type in "mary" and have it come up in the results.

On the main page, could the groups folder just show with title and not each individual sub folder? Maybe when you click on the group name, pop up with all the sub folders to keep it cleaned up?

When a trip is put into the archive or canceled buckets it should automatically unpublished and all automations should be paused so future emails don't go out.

What I am envisioning is maybe next to apply template there is another option with insert form and it inserts the link for the form. Instead of going to library, forms, and then clicking on send form. I was in a clients profile today and went to send an email but realized I didn't have a link to the form I wanted to send so had to copy the email and go to library.

It would be fantastic to have room options within each hotel listing, along with different rate offers for each room (e.g., bed and breakfast, refundable rates, etc.).

The Passport form element doesn't ask for Date of Birth (DOB)? And I therefore have to ask for their "Birthday" separately. This defeats the purpose of parsing the clients passport image because they have to manually input their DOB. I also require their Date of Birth to book flights, and to securely provide a copy of their passport details in the form submission PDF to my flight desk.
