Tern Feature Requests

Having everyone able to add suppliers is creating a messy supplier list in reports. Ex - we have Walt Disney Travel Company, Walt Disney Parks & Resorts, Walt Disney World etc showing for our Disney bookings. I would like to set the supplier list from the agency end and not have the option for agents to add additional suppliers.

It would be fantastic to have room options within each hotel listing, along with different rate offers for each room (e.g., bed and breakfast, refundable rates, etc.).

When a client makes a decision on travel insurance Tern logs it and shows it in the activity log. It would be nice to have this included in the document generated by the CC authorization flow so there is an easy paper trail of the client opting out should proof ever be needed.

It would be great to have the ability to create group landing pages, such as for destination weddings, using Tern. This feature would help in organizing and managing group travel events more efficiently.

I like to rename "Trip Details" tab to "Pre-Travel Information" on the itinerary. However, it doesn't rename on the mobile app.

Can we get specifics about what bugs were fixed in the mobile app updates info? While just saying "-bug fixes" works for many, there are some of us that find it useful to know what bugs were fixed in a particular update. It helps us to know whether to inform support if a bug still exists or if it caused a new bug that should be reported.

Right now on the mobile app itinerary, each day of the trip only shows the date, with month day and year. It does not show the weekday. It would be ideal to show the weekday on each day as well.

Anility to hide the total price from being the first thing a user sees on the main itinerary page / header. We want to lead with the experience and not the price. This will increase close rate and reduce friction caused by sticker shock. I’ve heard it’s even worse when the price adds up the price of options. Thank you!

I'd like the option to change the date format to DDMMYYYY, or have a date picker. It can get very confusing for clients to enter the date in YYYY-DD-MM format.

Create the ability to group trips by "past" and "upcoming" Create the ability to collapse "past" trips Default list of trips to start displaying with the next upcoming trip. Clients can expand "past trips" if they like.
