Tern Feature Requests

One of the biggest features I need is a client portal so they can view current projects and communicate with me through the portal.

I think there needs to be a designation made between an activity template and a hotel template. I also understand they are categorized differently on the template list, but they really shouldn’t be in the library together and there should be a separate button under the library items on the right side of the itinerary building feature.

We should have control of our own supplier lists (not shared with all of Tern) and be able to add our commission rate for that supplier to the supplier profile so it automatically calculates the commission when we create a line item booked through them.

I'd like to be able to chat with clients via the Tern Mobile App on different trips. This would allow me to keep chats easily stored on a trip and refer back to them versus currently where I am bouncing between Email, Text, FaceBook, WhatsApp, etc.

It would seem that there should be a way to reoder the tasks in a workflow in your library without basically having to start all over again. Allow advisors to drag and drop the order of tasks in the workflow.

In my inquiry form, i have the option to choose a customized itinerary service (attracts a planning fee) or complimentary service. My ideal flow would be a conditional logic. If the prospect selects "customized itinerary", the form prompts them to make the payment and if they select complimentary service it would allow to submit with requiring payment.

I often need to see what my clients see and make edits to trips on the go. It would be very helpful to have a travel advisor side to the app so I can edit trips directly from my phone.

It would be helpful to be able to export the data from a form into a spreadsheet. For example, I have a business client that I'm booking a number of individual trips for and I'd love to be able to have a document that's easily sharable to update the client on which individuals have filled out the form and their responses.

I would like the ability to delete or archive multiple emails at a time. I would also like email to move to the next email when archived/deleted. I would also like the email to just open not open a reply window, with so many vendor emails, we don’t send replies to them.

It would be great to be able to have options for what shows up on the pdf itinerary, much like Travefy. We print a hard copy for each client and I would like to take out multiple pictures and have formatting options.
