Tern Feature Requests

I would like to receive a notification when a client views their itinerary. This feature would help me track client engagement more effectively and ensure timely follow-ups.

I wish the 'Activity' didn't show times/pricing, I use those instead of info blocks for things like "Afternoon Free in Rome' or whatever because I need photos, I hate that Info Blocks only show the generic 'Info' on the itinerary so I have to use an Activity block to get a photo to show instead but I don't need a price or time or location for them to easily see when they have leisure time in each city.

I would love to be able to see and copy confirmation numbers on a trip level. Having to go into each pricing tab for the info is time consuming.

It would be great to be able to have options for what shows up on the pdf itinerary, much like Travefy. We print a hard copy for each client and I would like to take out multiple pictures and have formatting options.

I often need to see what my clients see and make edits to trips on the go. It would be very helpful to have a travel advisor side to the app so I can edit trips directly from my phone.

Automatically exclude items marked as Booked or Paid from showing on the authorization tab.

Once trips are moved to a status such as canceled, archived, traveled, then automatically unpublish the trip (or give us the option to do that)

Maybe a way to make it auto-populate on the second page if they're filling it out for themselves? Right now they have to provide their first name, last name, and email under the "introduce yourself" part and then type it again on the next page for a client profile update.

I would like to suggest adding a front dashboard screen with a calendar that displays upcoming due dates, tasks, birthdates, etc. This would help in organizing and viewing all important dates in one place.

When a trip is put into the archive or canceled buckets it should automatically unpublished and all automations should be paused so future emails don't go out.
