Update workflows across agency

Would love if updates to the emails within the workflows would update across the agency. Currently, if I make an update to an email within a workflow, in order for agents to get the update, they have to either clutter up their email templates by copying just the email that changed and then swap out the email in the workflow and apply the changes, or remove the workflow entirely, recopy and apply updates. It's been challenging to walk agents through how to do this, since all the workflows were initially set up by myself.

I completely agree with this request. I’m in the middle of building out our agency workflows right now, and honestly, it’s taking me far more time to set up the system than it will ever take to actually use it. The biggest bottleneck is that there are no advisor‑level variables for IC‑specific links, which makes the automation side of TERN feel incomplete (for us). On top of that, when I update an email inside a workflow, those updates don’t cascade across the agency. Agents have to copy/paste the updated email into their own templates or delete and reapply the workflow entirely. It’s confusing for them and extremely time‑consuming for me to support. Having agency‑level workflow updates and advisor‑level variables would solve all of this.

YES! This for everything within an agency- allowing at setup- terms & conditions, templates, branding, the trip status's that are set at an agency level and everything else is tied to. everything as an option for them to easily turn on exactly what is setup

please keep in mind that some agencies let users self brand or use our own brand (depending on what templates they choose).

I agree this is huge ... a possible solution if you don't want everything shared across everyone and updated is to make an "Agency-level" library that is, by default, available and updated across all agents.
