The logo, agency name, cover photo, etc should carry over from host account when inviting an advisor. They can edit them, but this would save time for the new agent to set up their account.

I would go one step further and say this should also include the Terms & Conditions and provide the option to not make it editable. 
Here's why:
If an agency has agents that are using your brand then the agency needs to protect that brand by not changing the T&C, agency name or your logo. This should be an optional lock setting that can be changed at the agency level to allow those agencies that have agents that use their own branding. 
The difference between the two is that those who use our branding, fall under our T&C and E&O and as such should not have the ability to put the agency under liability for a changed T&C not made by the agency owner.

Stephen DelVecchio I cannot agree more. I have another huge concern that the Terms and Conditions per supplier cannot flow through. Having agents copy and paste for the agency's T&C can lead to human error too. Its all very concerning. I am hopeful this is being worked on soon. Not sure where else to express my concerns.

Kimberly Anwar Yes, IMO any feature that should be managed by an agency should have the ability for the agency owner to lock it as an option. The reason I like options is because not all agencies operate in the same manner and some ICs although with an agency are still Independent Contractors and operate as such, so for those individuals the agency should have the ability to toggle the lock off so the IC can use their own T&C, branding and such.
