I would go one step further and say this should also include the Terms & Conditions and provide the option to not make it editable.
Here's why:
If an agency has agents that are using your brand then the agency needs to protect that brand by not changing the T&C, agency name or your logo. This should be an optional lock setting that can be changed at the agency level to allow those agencies that have agents that use their own branding.
The difference between the two is that those who use our branding, fall under our T&C and E&O and as such should not have the ability to put the agency under liability for a changed T&C not made by the agency owner.
