There is so much more that is needed in reporting, not only in the commissions and sales, but the ability to report on leads, cancelled bookings, tags applied for tracking various items, and more.
To coin a phrase from the X-files "The data is out there.....".

We've run into a case where we still get commission on a canceled rez, but you can't reconcile that with statements.
