I'm currently adding my personal account to traveler trips so I can have the same view as a client in the event of an issue during their trip. For example: I had a client who could not see the starting location of tours in the app. I added myself to her trip and indeed, the location was not visible and updates from the desktop were not syncing with the mobile app (the trip was published and the client desktop view was correct).
This works somewhat, except when activities are priced by person on the booking tab - then adding my profile looks like the cost of the trip is increasing for the client.
There needs to be a better way for advisors to view and edit client trips while WE are on the go to make sure clients have all of the correct information.

Yes!! And to get notification of flight delays/cancellations on the go via notifications on the app rather than having to check my email constantly!

Please, please, please! I need to be able to look up info on a client's trip while not on laptop. If a client calls and I'm not in front of laptop, I can't see tasks, notes, etc to support them.

I would love a TA view or separate app to help manage trips on the go for us! TJ had that and it was very useful for me. At the moment I use safari on my iphone and it's a little clunky.

Please add a mobile travel agent view. I just moved to tern but it is frustrating to not have access to all of my clients trips if I am not near my computer. If a traveler calls me to refer to something on their trip, i need to be able to easily pull it up if i am away from my computer. I also feel like the app in the traveler view can use some work. Umapped is very organized and separates each item / note. there is a clear section for documents that are added so if you don't want to go thru the entire itinerary you can click on the documents section and access those.

Being able to work on trips from a mobile device is critical for TA's when traveling...or any day when on the go! Please, please build a TA mobile app.

Just came to agree that we need an agent app. Our role requires alot of travel and I find myself often editing itineraries in airports or foreign countries on my phone because I can't get my laptop or tablet out. For example I was in Mexico checking out a property and I had a client request a minor itinerary adjustment that should take 5 minutes to do. Instead it had to wait until I got back to my room several hours later when all I wanted to do was go to bed. Please please please add an agent app.

I’m never at my desk, this weekend I needed to do 3 cruise on my phone while at a Travel Expo, and I had to use Travfy because the client wanted the quotes ASAP (my subscription is still active for a month) to do so. I use my itinerary builder as my quoting tool so I need to be able to quickly and effectively be able use my phone
