We need to be able to modify the descriptions once booked for ALL integrated products though. I will not use the PE integration again until I can modify the description post-booking. There is no place to add my notes or documents.

Other apps do Vaitor integration easily by adding the product code. There is no easy way to do this in Tern with Viator. Cut and paste is time consuming especially if there are multiple stops, meal inclusion options etc. and start times.

I would love to see a library of Viator tours that can be brought into a client's itinerary. This would be similar to the option with cruises you currently have. It would greatly enhance the planning process and provide more options for my clients.
