Instructions are okay, but if it's an e-signature it really should have the ability to sign with a finger or stylus. It's how almost every other e-signature works and is globally understood to work.

I just got this same feedback. I asked if the process was intuitive to authorize a payment. This was the response. "It was fine, except they ask for an e-signature and I kept trying to do it with my finger or a closed pen. Turns out you type it in and comes out in cursive. That was not intuitive. The rest (besides the code question) was."
