We LOVE tern and use it everyday for our itinerary planning and landing pages. And while it's not been marketed as a CRM, it works for us to keep our contacts (clients, leads and even our 1099 agents because we are agency owners) in one place. We also would like to send mass communication to our advisors of updates or promos and it would be super helpful since tern has "tags", to just tag our advisors as such and then just select that tag for a bulk email to them. IF that is not on the radar... we do love the automation concept.. but the only "triggers" available are automation added, or birthday, anniverary etc. If there were more "trigger" options... or if I could set an automation to send an email template and select those with certain tags -- but not have it only send when the tag was added. This may sound complicated -- but the basic idea is just to be able to utilize the tags to send communication to a group within a selected tag. That would be AMAZING!!!
