I need a way to automate tasks or send emails specifically when I manually mark a payment as paid. Currently, there are triggers for 'Client Authorizes Payment' and 'Payment Due Date,' but not for 'mark as paid.' It would be beneficial to have this trigger to streamline my workflow and ensure timely communication with clients.

This makes WAY more sense than sending them an email with an attachment when they submit authorization. Even though it says its a confirmation of authorization, it seems like a receipt for payment. I think they should get a simple email when they authorize stating they will get a receipt when the payment has been processed. At that point they get the pdf attachment that is a receipt of payment.

As long as it doesn't send one email per activity but rather a summary email of all items marked as paid on that itinerary for the day. I'd hate for my client to get spammed with 10 emails because I booked 10 activities for them in one sitting.

On Agency/Admin side, when we click "Mark Paid" on the Agent Payout page, it would be infinitely helpful if that would trigger an email to be sent to the Advisors of their incoming payment with a breakdown of what bookings are included in that commission check.

Successive Crab I like how in TravelJoy when you mark something as paid and it has a box for you to check (or not) to send receipt to the client.
