Need a way to mark a client as deactivated, deceased and/or fired.

We need a way to mark a client has no longer a client without just deleting them from this system. This gives us a record of what happened. With a client's death, it is just a matter of ensuring automations don't run, but if they are fired, I want to know what happened so if they try to come back we have a record.

Yes. I just had an anniversary note go out to a husband that lost his wife. I can tag her as deceased but it should be a toggle that eliminates the automations

I just use tags, and if fired, there's a note in their profile on why.
