Make form responses save to the contact as a document in some way

It would be ideal if form responses saved as a document onto the contact as well as staying with the form template. Then users could delete the template if they want and still have the form response on the contact.

This would be great because I have a form template asking for shirt sizes and that does not translate to the contact.

I'm so excited to see the forms emailed to us in PDF. THANK YOU. Now, can we add the IP ADDRESS with date and time of submission on it? Right now it just shows the date. Also, since the PDF is being sent to us via email, could we make it so that once the form is completed that it auto saves into the system, so that we don't have to manually do it?

In the meantime, a work around could be to download the form response as a PDF and attach it as a document under the contact.

In addition, can we capture the electronic signature timestamp on to the PDF? Also, can the action of the client completing the form be recorded in the activity list. Lastly, is possible to access the forms from the trip and contact level? For example, if I want to create a group agreement, it would be nice to be able to apply the form while inside the trip/group profile.
