As the travel advisor, we really need to to be able to have access to the itinerary and mobile app, but as the advisor or administrator, not as a traveler. Right now the only way to do this is by adding ourselves as an actual traveler. I cannot tell you how much confusion this has added for my clients. Their app always says there's one more traveler than what is actually in their party. I'm constantly getting asked about why the traveler numbers are wrong, and then have to explain that the extra traveler is myself.
