One way Travefy has an advantage over Tern: I can make landing pages be a general web page (like my basic website) or my "Group Trips" landing page that houses all of the group trips I'm offering in a the next 2 years with links that take me to the group trip options. Maybe this is something other users would value, too.

Absolutely!!! That is one reason I have hesitated to move to Tern (which I'm setting up now). I use those landing pages consistantly!! I do a lot of groups and really, really need those landing pages!! It needs to be easy but look professional, allow for sign up forms, pictures, buttons, etc. and most importantly, easy to put together and easy for clients to have a consistent flow.

Agreed!!! But take it a step further and make forms have the ability to be embedded in a website as well. Many agents and agencies utilize their own brand around their website, from directing potential clients towards it from social media to the links and QR codes during other marketing.
It's very clunky to have an intake for potential clients go to the website, just to have to manually process that or to have a page with a redirect link to Tern. This should look and feel like it's one workflow, not a handful of disconnected systems (The disconnected system is customer experience we're trying to get away from by using Tern).
