Sometimes I will add gen information and I it is awkward for authorization to be showing.

YES! Or at the very least, make it a different color like purple and have it say "booked" "confirmed" or "paid" rather than remain "authorized" in green. So confusing!

Or if we could filter/sort so we can click a button and the "Paid" is on the bottom or top, etc.

But if it's marked as booked, there are often still payments needed to be made

Or maybe they should show as "grayed out" that way you know that it's part of the package, but that it's been paid for.

I completely agree.

I agree to separate Booked and Paid items into clearly labeled sections. Not necessarily completely remove Paid items.

An option to hide them would be helpful, but not completely be removed, and to sort by payment status, or other column headings in the part would be ideal.

What if there was a section that separates authorized/completed versus removing completely?
