Yes we need this for lodging. If AI pulls in a confirmation, I want it to match up with photos I've chosen for whatever hotels (we tend to book the same hotels over and over again) OR I want to be able to choose a cover photo or hotel photo from a pre-existing library instead of re-uploading photos EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

Please validate resolution and pixel size so it works for the app as well as a .pdf

My idea would be to not have to use Activities as a way to attach pictures to a certain day. Is it possible to either have another choice called Media or maybe better yet to have the ability to attach media to the Info choice. In the Library for Media, I might have some of my pictures for a certain port on the cruise. If the client's cruise was stopping at that port, I could attach that media to that particular day.

I cam from TESS and they have a content library for images. I was able to add an image and it was always there.

Any more context on how you'd like to use this would be super helpful! How do you want to usage images that aren't associated with activity templates?

David Shull My suggestion would be a folder that is the agent's folder, Say they make something in Canva for a group cruise that has wording on it. They can then use it on forms, headers, emails, ect.

David Shull Well from an agency perspective we could create email headers, email graphics, itinerary header images and info graphics that agents could add to emails as needed.

David Shull This is also for one-off/one-time images that we may use not necessarily use within a template. The stock image searcher provided is pretty limited, so I’ve found myself having to pull other stock images from online.

David Shull For example, I am building a road trip for Iceland for the ring road. It's very cumbersome to add each stop on the road trip as an activity (in order to have an image associated with each stop)
It would be helpful to have some sort of google maps integration where if I input a stop (destination) that it would auto populate a link for the google map OR be able to add an image for each stop.
Currently, I have an activity set up for each leg of the drive, but within that activity I would have multiple stops. Although I can add images to that activity, it is not clear to my client which image is correlating to which stop (destination).
Does that make sense? I used Travefy previosly and they had a better way of integrating stops with google maps in order for my clients to click through or review the images within each stop.
Thanks for the help!

David Shull so what I’ve found is that while I have templates for lodging/activities, if I import them via the ai from a website or pdf itinerary, then there’s no way for me to merge the templates I’ve pre-created and the ai created activity. So either I need to throw in new photos, or I have to go find my template and hand copy the details over. I find it’s faster just to add the photos back in.

David Shull One use case is when using AI to import an itinerary. Say, I want to use a supplier quote to put in a flight, hotel, transfer package. The AI does a pretty good job of doing that. If I want to go in and add images (for instance say I have a custom graphic I use for transfers or flights that isn't the grey box) I have to upload it each time since I'm not using a template. Right now, you can save time with library templates by adding the specific data as you go OR you can save time with AI by generating all of the trip components but losing use of your custom library templates. A photo library (or ability to set custom default photos for certain activity types) would help with this.

And the ability to share the images within our Agency would be great to go with this!
