Create a field on the group overview visible to advisors only where we can store the group booking number.

For right now I am putting group booking numbers in the titles of my trips, EG "GRP - Trip - 123456", but when a client books into that trip the default link for them includes the booking number because it is part of the trip title.
I'd love for there to be a field somewhere on the overview page where I can put the group booking number so I don't have to keep deleting it from links I send in client emails.

In addition to the group booking number/ parent ID, can we also include a Supplier Final Payment Date and Attrition Start Date? Lastly, would it be possible to allow us to attach the supplier as a contact so that we could email them directly from within Tern?

For those who voted on this - are there any particular spots you'd want to be able to see the group trip number (besides the trip overview page), search/filter by it, etc?

Molly Johnson Can we please include the ability to email the supplier directly from within the group? This would allow us to keep all records along with the group, such as supplier contract, room modifications, event confirmations etc.

I just use the tag field for the group. I enter them as Group 12345. It does cause there to be a lot of tags, but that doesn't really matter to me. This gives me an easy way to filter for all trips in the group.
