Confirmation needs to be visible on clients end once status changes to booked

Can we please have the confirmation number(s) added to a clients account once the status changes to booked. My clients especially need this to upload their confirmation numbers into their supplier Apps (ex: Royal caribbean cruises or Disney World etc). Please make thia available for them to see. preferrably PLEASE PUT IT ON THEIR FULL ITINERARY AND THE PRICING BREAKDOWN (in cas ehtey have multiple confirmations or multiple trips)

It is really clear on the advisor view what has been booked and what is paid/credit card hold/not yet paid, but this information cannot be seen clearly by my clients. I have so many questions about what has been paid in advance and what they need to pay for on the day. I would love for this information to be easily visible on the client view.

Yes, I have clients that show a large amount paid, then $3000 "authorized" and then $800 "unpaid". The client needs to add authorized and unpaid together to understand remaining amount due but they don't know that. Authorized is guaranteed, but also unpaid, in this case. I even tried to create an invoice and in large font at the top it only shows the $800 unpaid. I can't use the invoice as a result. It's really confusing for clients and makes me look unprofessional.

When a booking is paid using a 'Guarantee' setting, there has to be a cleaner way to get clients to see that they'll be paying for something as of the date the 'Guarantee' ends. ie, if they reserve a hotel room with a card and pay upon booking, the room is 'booked', but not 'paid'. When the guarantee option is selected, it should be able to make paid/booked so that commission reflects on our end, but be able to differentiate those charges to the client so they know what has been paid vs. guaranteed.

Yes not every guarantee is paid at check in some are paid 30 days out. This isnt possible to show today.
