Would like the ability to either combine the trip request and client profile forms into one form that still saves profile info into their profile, or choose fields in custom forms that will save to client profiles.

Thanks so much for this, but I think the forms need a lot more customization capabilities in order to function properly. We all have different needs when collecting client info and this is still very limiting. We need the option to completely customize these forms so that they fit our individual needs/requirements. I am currently having to send multiple forms to clients, which they inevitably don't fill out because it's more than one link. I know I personally need more than just contact information fields to be accessible.

My biggest thing is being able to force those incomplete forms into a completed status so they show and I don't have to copy and paste everything or have them redo their entry. This is probably something that can be addressed along with these custom forms.

Agree. Or make the custom form truly custom by allowing us to pull fields in that are in the contact form or trip form.

I need to be able to create a custom form that is truly custom and includes features from both the "trip request" form option and the "contact information" form options. Please make ALL form features available in the custom form creation.
