When a client puts in their address to the CC Authoization if there is no address listed for the client autofill that to the client profile. Or ask if you want that information added.

Innovative Dragon

Give an option to agent to quickly add (by marking a box) address from credit card auth to contact. The copy paste with two open screens takes too long and AI should know this is missing and needed information at the client level.
