Auto-populate form fields

It would be nice if Tern auto-populated the mapped fields in forms. The system I just left did this and it cuts the duplicate headache out. One of the issues I have experienced is the guest put "Jr" in with his last name since the suffix field wasn't showing. He put his first name in correctly. But because last name didn't match yet first and email did, it creates a duplicate. I have instructions on my form but that doesn't mean people read it. Just has to be a more efficient way to do this because they don't know how we have their names set up in the system. That's why the mapped fields should auto-populate, especially if they already have an active account with Tern.

If forms would pre-fill information we already have on file for the client if they are logged into their Tern account, this would help ensure they keep their information up-to-date. Especially changes in preferences, dietary needs, etc.
Many times clients do not remember what information they've already shared, and so they end up having to fill out all their information again which leads to most not actively updating their information because they don't want to have to do repetitive work.

Should we ask a client to log in to Tern, when we send a Form? I say NO, for a new trip request. (first Contact) If sending a contact information form. then Yes, have them log on. Then verify user in the in CRM and autofill.
