When there are multiple deposit dates, I setup multiple installment payments. In my mind, it's just terminology differences that mean the same thing and result in the same outcome. Just a tip.

additionally, the ability for the client to establish payment plans. even if the client has to re authorize a cc every time.

Also, allow multiple deposit dates when suppliers have such terms. Ex: 25% initial deposit, 25% second deposit, 50% final payment.
