Currently, when sharing a lead between agents an Agency Level tag can be added and the commission locked down - this is great.
A report on Agency Level Tags can be run under the Report Builder (must have Tern Pro) so you can get a list of these trips & confirmation numbers for tracking, and then match them up during commission reconciliation. OR, you can filter each statement to see if a booking matches. Then you still must manually add the agent share each time.
Neither situation is ideal - it's a lot of extra clicks to ensure the commission split between agents is happening and to track these bookings.
I'd love to see a better solution around this and better reporting. I'd like to see:
  • a standard report listing bookings by commission type or agency tag (or even a filter)
  • filtering statements by commission type and agency tag without the need to filter each statement
  • automatically paying a share to a second agent on the booking
