Automations: "Client Approves Trip Trigger" does not support a delay option like all the others and limits our flexibility in our workflows.

For example would like to send a "congratulations" email to clients a few days after the Client approves the trip. This give the TA time to place deposit and then have the system auto send the congratulations to the client. We cannot use a trip status change and that will not work for our team nor our workflow. Thank you!
