We need overall agency reporting to include:

- Number of Inquires

- Number of TRIPS BOOKED (not just bookings)

- Average cost of a trip

- Destinations - By Country and if domestic, by state

- Customer Lifetime Value

Additionally, we should be able to filter these KPI based on date and/or agent.
