Also, when a trip is cancelled, please delete the tasks and automations. When I forget to delete the automation, I've had someone receive a "Bon Voyage" email for a trip they've cancelled. I assume the Trip Status of Cancelled has no logic behind it, but maybe there can be a button on the trip to mark it as cancelled, which will delete or inactivate the automations and tasks, as well as move it to the Cancelled Trip Status. If there is a button for that, could you also put a "Did you really mean to click on Cancelled?" or something like that as a safeguard? :-)

Funny Crocodile YES!! any "trip specific tasks" should auto-cancel when a trip is archived, completed, or cancelled.

You are able to un-publish trips! It's just a bit hidden :) Tag me if folks already knew that and were placing votes to automate this though!
