Support multiple recipients with variables

I don't know why I can't choose anything but "Primary Contact" if I have the first name variable in an email template when building an automation. Most of my clients are couples traveling together, who I have both entered into Tern with their own names and email addresses. I don't see why the email can't go out to each email address individually with each person's first name in the variable. I don't need it to include both person's names in one email as much as I would need it to send to each person separately with their own name. Seems like the functionality for this would be there

I can't believe that I can't send an email template to multiple people in a trip if I want to include the variable - ie, husband and wife at the same time. That is so fundamental - part of the point of this system is to use automation but incorporate personalization, but I can't do personalization with variables if I want to send to more than one person. Right now it seems that if I want to send to both travelers and actually address them by name, I have to open a new email, select the template, add the client name, send to one person, and then do the whole thing all over again? That is crazy. It's just a basic mail merge type function. I've had ClientBase Windows and it has the capability to do incorporate 120+ different fields into an email/document and send to multiple people at the same time for the last 15 years. This needs to be a requirement.

"Trips Updated Published" When preping to send email from this area I noted that if you have multi clients name in the send list, only the frist name is selected fro the Variable " "Recipient Frist Name". I would think all name on the send list would get selected. I tried to add the variable a second and thrid time but tht did not help. I just ended up entering all the names myself.

After publishing a trip and selecting the send to names in the email. When using the variable Select first name, the veriable should show all names in my send to list.

I often have couples who are reviewing a trip together and it would be great if I could send them a trip proposal where we are all in the same email isntead of Send individually.

It would be super-helpful to have a few ways to include the relevant recipients for an email, on a high-level in a group, to make announcements or send the same message to everyone at once.
I know I can choose each individual person that I want it to go to, but if I can't remember off the top of my head all the names, I need to find a way to come up with a list, or have 2 windows open side-by-side, and open each individual trip so that I can remember which names to search for.
It would be really helpful if there were options to:
- open a list of all travelers(or all with email addresses), and click checkboxes for those who should receive the message
--- Select all
--- Select all Primary

sending automations to all travelers - personalized email

Any way to personalize email to all travelers? Automation only allows recipient first name field when sending to primary traveler, not all.

Make recipient name variable work for multiple travelers in automations

When creating an automation that sends to all travelers on a trip the Recipient Name Variable cannot be used. Therefore just leaving a hello instead of the persons name.

I would also like to send emails to my whole CRM at times and it would be great to pull these emails into a spreadsheet.

When sending an email to all travelers, you cannot address them each by their name. It would be nice if it automatically attached the traveler's name to the email they are receiving
