I would appreciate a landing page in Tern for agents that show a summary of their engagements as a quick way to make sure an agent isn't missing something important. Having a way to set that screen as the default start up screen would help my agents look at that each day for important reminders.
That dashboard screen could show things like ...
⦿ upcoming task,
⦿ payments due soon (with drop down for 7 or 14 days), 
⦿ recent trip planning that might be dormant (no activity within 7 days),
⦿ authorizations received but not marked paid,

If I could vote on this 100 times, I would. I've had a front dashboard showing everything going on in the agency and it was an AMAZING tool to track things that get missed or are upcoming.

and don’t forget at the Agency level. It would be good to have this dashboard across all of an Agencies agents. A manager does need to understand how the agency is doing.
