Items guaranteed with credit card should not show as paid

Invoices should not show guaranteed arrangements as paid. There is no charge to their card, creating questions when reconciling their statement to the invoice.

There should be a status that says payable onsite so the client knows it’s part of their overall budget, but not an actual payment due by the agent to any vendor, or a button that says estimated cost during your trip
